Early warning
Record a set of observations and NEWS2 scores them as you go. The trend across the shift and a ready-to-edit SBAR escalation sit underneath. Save to the chart and the ward board updates.
Handover
Free-text notes into SBAR, with safety flags for allergies, falls, anticoagulants, delirium and results to chase. Each section is approved before sign-off.
Discharge letters
